Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
By placing an order with The Rehab Guide Pty Ltd, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed with The Rehab Guide Pty Ltd for the sale and supply of any products and services. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by The Rehab Guide Pty Ltd. The information you provide is only available to The Rehab Guide Pty Ltd and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request The Rehab Guide Pty Ltd to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting The Rehab Guide Pty Ltd Terms and Conditions, you agree to the above.
PAYMENT
All products remain The Rehab Guide Pty Ltd property until full payment is made. You must be at least 18 years old to buy from The Rehab Guide Pty Ltd.
All transfers conducted through The Rehab Guide Pty Ltd are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available in your account to cover the monthly direct debit. If a direct debit is declined due to insufficient funds the transaction will fail which requires additional administration and yields additional bank costs payable by you. Stripe is the third party used to process transactions and is unable to absorb these costs and applies an $11.90 (AUD) fee for these failed transactions. This fee is debited 7 days after the failed payment.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The Rehab Guide Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice.
RETURN POLICY
The Rehab Guide Pty Ltd does not allow returns or exchanges for any purchases.
WAIVER & RELEASE
Because physical exercise and strength training can be strenuous and subject to risk of serious injury, we urge you to obtain a physical examination from a specialist, doctor and/or relevant allied health professional before using any exercise equipment or participating in any exercise activity. You agree that by participating in physical exercise or training activities that you are in good physical condition and do not suffer from any known disability or condition which would prevent or limit my participation in this exercise, and you do so entirely at your own risk. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and use of these facilities and premises and assume all risks of injury, illness, or death.
You acknowledge that you have carefully read this “waiver and release” and fully understand that it is a release of liability. You expressly agree to release and discharge The Rehab Guide Pty Ltd from any and all claims or causes of action and you agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that you may otherwise have to bring a legal action against The Rehab Guide Pty Ltd and its employees for personal injury or property damage.
To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit releases for negligence, this release is also for negligence.
If any portion of this release from liability shall be deemed by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then the remainder of this release from liability shall remain in full force and effect and the offending provision or provisions severed here from.
